Our team is made up of individualists! ... and that's a good thing.
We are a 4-star hotel with 67 rooms and suites and approx. 50 employees. We are a member of the organisation known as "Children’s Hotels in Europe", and as a Children’s Hotel, we consider it our main objective to ensure that both our small and large guests are happy on holiday.
We have been certified by "Best Health Austria" and have been honoured by receiving the title a "Good Wellness Hotel" by the Relax Guide. The County of Tirol awarded us with the "Tirol Q Logo" – which corresponds to 90 % guest and employee satisfaction, and the magazine for hotel trade and gastronomy "Rolling Pin" elected us Top Employer of the year 2007.
We lay particularly high value on communicating with each other in a respectful manner. Sincerity, openness and reliability are also vital factors, both from us towards our employees, as well as from our employees towards us and our guests. "Team spirit with enthusiasm" is not only a catchy slogan within our team; it is something we put into practice every day.
It is our common goal to spoil our guests both »large and small« with attentivness, sincerity and certainly with hospitality. Our employees work in close contact with guest families.
