Practice Ashtanga Yoga for a week while your children are being taken care of. Courses are held from Monday to Friday (mornings 10.00 – 11.00h, afternoons 17.00 – 18.00h).

About Sylvia Brunner

Sylvia Brunner has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2001. Over the years she became increasingly interested in Yoga philosophy and meditation. In 2008 she completed the two-year instructor training with Axl Dinse and Manfred Gaupner (Yoga Shala Vienna). In addition she completed numerous international workshops with Danny Paradise, Michael Stone, Sri.V. Sheshadri, Nancy Gilgoff, Jason Nemer, Dr. Patrick Broome and a lengthy stay with Paul Dallaghan (Centered Yoga Thailand).

Jivamukti Yoga is the ideal complement to loosen up the strict Ashtanga Yoga and make each lesson a bit different. Sylvia is also using accessories like blocks and cords to help her bring beginners and older students into various yoga positions.

Sylvia’s teaching methods help her students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. For her it is especially important to guide her students to reach the correct position by individual “adjustments”. Practicing Yoga on a regular basis is a great way to train body, mind and soul.

Yoga can be practiced anytime and anywhere, regardless of age or physical condition.

How to cook a hot breakfast cereal according to the 5 elements

Since cooked food is much easier to digest than raw foods, a hot cereal breakfast with fruits and nuts is the best start into the day. A healthy organism digests grain – which contains the energy of the whole plant – very slowly and efficiently. After a meal with whole cooked grain you will not become hungry for several hours. In addition, you will have less craving for sweets or coffee.

In this workshop, I will teach you the basics of cooking according to the 5 elements. We will put this knowledge into practice right away. You will receive a recipe book to take home with you and you can immediately begin with the transition to a healthier breakfast.
